The Content and any other communications from Freshstream via the Site are exclusively directed at and intended for Professional Clients and Eligible Counterparties (as such terms are defined in the FCA Handbook).

Freshstream is the owner of the Site. All trade names, service marks, logos, trademarks and images displayed on this Site are either proprietary to Freshstream or are used by Freshstream pursuant to licences with third parties.. Any unauthorised use of any of these proprietary or licensed materials would constitute an infringement of those trademarks and is forbidden. 

In the event that any part of these Terms of Use are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable then the remainder of the Terms of Use shall remain valid and enforceable.  

This Site  is established in England by Freshstream in accordance with and shall be governed by, and your browsing in and use of this Site shall be deemed acceptance of, the laws of England and Wales.  

A condition of using this Site is that in the event of any dispute or proceeding you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts.
