Reza Fardad is a Partner at the firm leading UK origination, based in our London office.
Previously, he co-founded Clavis Advisors, a corporate finance advisory boutique in 2010 with Freshstream Venture Partner, Guiseppe Silvestri. Prior to Clavis, Reza worked at Silver Point Capital where he was involved in a number of distressed debt and private equity investments. He began his career in investment banking at Citigroup working on M&A in the energy and chemical sectors and subsequently moved to corporate structured finance.
Reza received an MSc in Finance and Economics from LSE where he also achieved a First-Class BSc in Economics.
